7. What the F is Texas receiving 3.3 billion for they can't even keep the F..in electric grid up.

It appears they are being paid for Abbott's failures.

Why should they receive 3.3 billion when they don't join the national electric grid to ensure their customer have reliable power?

Does this mean they will take the 3.3 billion to build a high-speed internet system that won't have a connection to the rest of the country and the world? So one Texas cattleman can send a high-speed message to the cattleman over the hill but not anywhere else, with the Texas idiot-in-chief making the decisions.

I say don't give them one F..in penny more than $107m to $1b the rest of the country receives. Is this an extension of the already lopsided system where the northern state pays a larger share of the tax burden so the southern state can be subsidized?
