(58,785 posts)88. That's good news! The startup of a new, traditionally giant reactor
next month in GA is delayed due to vibrations discovered during pre-startup trials. It and another will be the first new reactors in the U.S. in some decades but are several years behind schedule.
Meanwhile, global warming hasn't been waiting.
