...Let the House vote to send the Sargent at Arms to make an arrest for Contempt.

Lock him in the capitol brig. Interview him there.

Don't give him the advantage of running out the clock.

A criminal referral in the committee's report WILL outlive this Congress. I believe that soon after November 8, Garland, James, and Willis will surround him and his lieutenants.
