And the extent to which that doesn't phase the SCOTUS to continue to make more anti democratic and unpopular decisions, it may be necessary for political survival. Also right after Dobbs, there was about a 40% favor ability to the idea. I wouldn't be surprised that at this point, that number has increased quite a bit.
