The court placed an injunction on Biden's pause.
That means the thing injuncted can't happen.
That means the pause for any appeals couldn't happen. With no pause, the sale had to go forward.
Biden's people slow-walked it. Only 1.7 of 80 million got sold.

They WERE forced. They DID appeal. They lost the appeal. Enviros won a NEW case. WaPo says!
