I searched and can't find anywhere that tells me she is a wealthy person. To have half a million cash floating around kind of wealthy.

You have to be mentally ill to think that this plan might work even if you had the money. That you'd be able to find a mother willing to sell their child. And not only that, but even if you were able to find a mother that cold hearted, the mother would have to trust this stranger woman enough to begin the transaction, to trust she actually had it and ask to see it. Imagine betraying your own child like that, only to find out she was just sick and broke after all. To even entertain the idea in the first place, the mother would also have to be mentally unstable.
