the press conference started at 12:09 EST or so, minutes after limbaugh show starts (a common pattern the last 30 yrs when republicans want to make a splash because he reaches 15 mil/day and all the others follow his eg). then he spends much of that show reinforcing the crap from the ‘conference’. he basically already knows the details of what they’re saying in accusing smartmatic and dominion.

i got this from the nov 19 youtube transcript. he started the show following the ‘conference’ and this part starts toward the end of the hour but he spends much of the first hour and more talking like he’s been prepping for this — maybe he wants it to sound like he’s listening and commenting on what they’re saying but he doesn’t stop talking, as usual
