He is not a public figure subject to public speculation, he is an employee of a corporation—the same legal structure Republicans hide behind when seeking immunity.

Not only was he defamed, but they pierced the “corporate veil” to get at him. So Republicans have to argue corporations give no protection first, and then argue he is not maligned.

Good luck proving the impossible, Tr**p is an o-fer on legal cases.
