Many of the tests have no proven track record or the record indicates a high false result rate.

In addition, it is not yet known that the presence of antibodies indicate a lasting immunity to Covid-19. There have been reports (not fully studied) that people have re-infected. And reports that there is more than one strain of Covid-19 with no indication that exposure to one strain conveys immunity to the other.
