(127,564 posts)28. No, this is a federal grand jury subpoena, which means that the records,
if they get them, will be given only to the grand jury and will not be made public, at least for now. Mueller might decide to share the info with state AGs if related investigation are going on in those states but congressional committes will probably have to issue their own subpoenas.
