Sanders fails to oust Clinton backers from convention roles

105. Whether the e-mails are really bad or not makes no difference.

By the time November roles around, if Hillary is the nominee, enough Americans will believe that Hillary ishould not be president to insure her defeat.

Only 19 percent of Americans think she is trustworthy. When your numbers on honesty, a fundamental character trait, are that bad, you should nor run for president. Same goes for Trump.

Hillary is a poor choice for a candidate.

And on top of that, with the rigidity of the Party with regard to compromising on appointments to the convention committees with Bernie, the Democratic Party is practically kicking the many, many voters like me who support Bernie out of the Party.

The Democratic Party leadership is making a huge mistake that is likely to have terrible effects on the future of our country.

They know not what they do. If there unwillingness to welcome Bernie into the Party continues, they will split voters into three groups. They are splitting the Democratic Party and looking weak and frightened of Republicans and conservatixes.

It may feel god to a lot of Hillary supporters on DU to bash and exclude and ridicule Bernie and his supporters, but in the end, the Democratic Party and liberal, progressive politics will lose due t this moment of shortsightedness.

Progressive Democrats have been treated shabbily by the Democratic Party for a long time. The movement that Bernie is heading within the Democratic Party is not really new. It is just that it is now so frustrated and so tired of being taken for granted and expected to silently and reliably vote for bluedog, corporate Democrats that it is organizing in protest.

The Bernie voters are FDR Democrats who have found a leader. The Democratic Party will rue the day it fails to show them respect. Do you Hillary supporters really want a president Trump. Keeo gloating. Keep refusing admittance to Bernie supporters majorities in at least 20 states, and you will get your Trump presidency. Just keep it up and Trump will be yours.
