In reply to the discussion: NYC ELECTIONS OFFICIAL SUSPENDED FOR VOTING ISSUES IN BROOKLYN [View all]elljay
(1,178 posts)39. Some charming stories about Ms Haslett-Rudiano
She bought a brownstone for $5000 at a city distressed property sale, let it deteriorate further for decades and accumulated thousands of dollars of fines and citations. She then flipped the house to a developer for 6.6 million.

She also was caught living in Queens while lying by saying she lived in Brooklyn so she could keep her position as a Republican district leader.

All in all, someone I'd trust to run Brooklyn elections. Do I really need to insert the "sarcasm" smiley?

I too pretend that when we dismiss A, we are necessarily unconcerned with B.

She is the establishment. The establishment has been stealing the vote since 2000.

No, but instead of rejecting this crap she's more likely to laugh about it.

Who cares, though. They got the results they wanted and that's all that matters in America.
