for years and I honestly think he believes he can't take it anymore. I'm sure those people were the cause of him drinking more, and more often.

I really do feel sorry for him. He isn't insane like the TBers, and although he tried to work with them, they just beat him up more. I bet he's now saying to himself "Why didn't I do this several years ago?"

I'm really scared of who's going to replace him too! MAYBE if Boehner can ma0manage to get the budget passed without a shutdown, AND get an approval to increase the debt limit before the end of Oct. he can make that the highlight of his speakership. The replacement could also damage the Pub brand so badly that Dems could actually "WIN" in Pub gerrymandered districts and win back control of the House.
