there is a history that targeted individuals from targeted groups have experienced that used to be hidden-but no longer.

Historically, US Special Operations was full of "magical mystery" tours of duty indeed. Many of US will never respond with silence to the programmed command of "shut the fuck up" nor other neural linguinistic programming/NLP.
