Some of the charities that receive UK overseas aid are "linked to" Hillary Clinton. So what? The Daily Heil is simply wording a completely innocuous fact in such a way that the dim fascists who buy the paper* will read it as "The UK is giving taxpayers' money to Hillary Clinton, and it's all Labour's fault, even though they have been out of power for over 5 years". Not false, exactly, just misleading.

*=Edited to add: I'm referring to their target readership, though I should moderate that a bit by saying that not everyone who buys a paper necessarily agrees with its politics. I had a friend back in the '80s who used to buy it purely for the crossword and the cricket coverage, even though he hated Thatcher, who the Mail naturally adored.
