There was a time when it was easy to dismiss all of this as crazy CT-but consider the truth that was behind investing tax $ into "studies" as diverse as Michael Aquino's Mind Wars, Jim Channon's First Earth Battalion, directed energy weapons, remote viewing, human-computer-machine interfaces, and many other topics related to "national security"-just like torture by therapists.
