An old pine tree farm. Clear cutting the trees, planting grass, cut a few holes and you are done.

First course is being done by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw. Second in the hopper too. Maybe as many as four or five. These will be the best courses in the state, better than Kohler with apologies to Pete Dye and his wife.
