101. Add another vote in favor of a "future of the Democratic Party" forum with looser rules in some areas

We can't advocate for ways to move forward and get on track without getting into things that, shall we say, didn't pan out as well in practice as they did in theory. Some things need to be said forthrightly without triggering another round of "Pretty Pony Wars".

That said, looser rules don't mean "none'. Keep it respectful.
