since I don't use Twitter or Facebook. If you sign petitions a lot of groups and Dem politicians will contact you. They have a lot on Daily KOS. MoveOn and Indivisible are the ones who usually have rallies/events. I also signed up to get the local progressive "calendar" for each month.
