Status of Sept. 18 referendum [View all]

I've been trying to read about the pros/cons of the General Fund transfer referendum up for vote on Tuesday.

The closest thing I've read to help me decide was the Tea Party wants to kill it. I'm assuming that means a Yes vote for me, but I'd honestly like to see everyone's opinion on this.
