It's soft denialism, that trivializes the intentional, systematic destruction. "Final Solution" was only the first clause -- the whole phrase was "The Final Solution to the Jewish Question."

Yes, others were killed. Yes, they deserve to be remembered. Yes, they are important. Yes, they were targeted as well. Their destruction was an adjunct to an organized, systematic, intentional mass destruction.

And lest we forget -- a lot of Denialism comes from the Soviet propaganda used to absolve Stalin. The current generation of Russian leadership grew up with soft denialism as their primary history.
