3. A strange thing happened to me today. I was leaving Devon House and there were two of us

on the walkway - on the ground in front of me I found $3,000 - three $1,000 bills (Jamaican). I called the person in front of me and asked her if her bag was open or if she had money in her pocket. She said no.
I saw a Security Guard and was giving her the money when the young lady said she could use the money sine she didn't have a bus or taxi fare. I gave the Security Guard the money and left knowing fully well that she was likely to keep it herself. Simple - it wasn't my money.
