I was worried about it, but I didn't have any noticeable weight gain (and I weigh myself twice a day).

I haven't smoked a cigarette in nearly a decade, but I still get urges from triggers.

My advice is for you to become a nonsmoker, not someone who quit smoking, but get

For me, when I became a non-smoker, that killed it, it was done, over, almost no torment
