(312 posts)It is about the cost of the lie and not if telling lies to our nation are right or wrong.
I believe that repeatedly lying to our nation and citizens is wrong. I will not qualify or quantify wrong with a price tag.
It is a matter of honor. Telling a lie is never right because of money. Telling a lie is never right because you believe the end result is more important.
Unless it is done to protect our national security or the loss of life it is always wrong. Even then the lies should be exposed, owned, corrected, and explained as soon as the treat has passed. Honesty does count with me, every time.
It is a very clear and easy right and wrong for me. I do understand that others do not believe as I do.
What you think of me is clearly unimportant especially to me.
