5. There was a poll in a local paper here in Wheeling WV, now this is one of the poorest

most depressed areas in the US. Densel Washington did a movie in this area and said it was the most depressed area he had ever seen. The poll was about
70% against raising the minimum wage. They have a poll today in another local paper, should there be a tax surcharge on the rich, it is currently 70% plus no.
