they had to make up their own bible and were run out of many a town before they got to the great salt lick. And it's misogyny all the way, baby, with these folks. Makes you sorry just to be in the same room with some of those women sometimes.

Sorry, I don't acknowledge organized religions for numerous reasons. there is, in my reality, a spiritual element to life but it isn't defined nor described in any sacred text I have ever found, and I've explored many trying to see if anyone could describe what I acknowledge.

Anyway, when you live among them you learn what they are about and who skewed it can get relative to what the rest of the country sees as the parameters of our social contract. Maybe it's why they strive to get their own planet after their penance here...?
