13. I have lived here most of my life.

I do not use marijuana and have not actively looked for business that sells it. I talked to a person that uses a card to buy it, but uses it as recreational. He claims that the big difference is the accessibility of paraphernalia to use pot. He also claims that people he hangs out with are getting medical cards more frequently.

I simply don't know about retail sales. Have not tried to purchase any.
