16. I saw a local cop truck driving the parking lot lanes last week

I was leaving Target and saw a truck with two of those scanners driving up and down the parking lot. He wasn't looking for a spot and never stopped.

Assume no privacy.

It can be assumed that the government and marketing companies know everything you do and everywhere you go. They know I am and who you are.
