Romney lying to the whole nation about when he left Bain Capital as CEO, just so happening to be the very time the eToys fraud case happens to be just as important an issue as all others. Bain Capital utilizing Racketeering monies, owns Clear Channel - with 100 million plus listeners being fed verbal, repetitive, reinforcing B.S. - which will affect the 2014 elections - UNLESS WE STOP THEM!

The links above clearly demonstrate that I'm beginning to finally see light of day and have a hope (finally) for justice.

Regardless of the fact that all the stuff above, I've testified to Under Penalty of Perjury;
let me put the question in its place - properly.

In February 2000 I came to California, from New Jersey (where my retail operations were) to buy a deal from Bankruptcy Shoes Liquidators. At that location, I negotiated a deal with a little old company named DARE (to say no to drugs and violence) and also did handle the case of ToyTime.com. Where I was then asked (by several parties) to repeat my success at ToyTime - with eToys.

Sitting 12 feet away from me was one Larry Reynolds. A wealthy man, poker player (has WSOP cashes). Larry and others told me (when I found out my wife was having an affair with my warehouse foreman) - that you can ride out the divorce by talking with other old farts at the poker table.

As the wise acre remarked - my attorneys had a hand in bad faith. Henry Heiman emailed me a threat from Paul Traub's partner (Susan Balaschak). When I sent that threat to Mark Kenney (the trial attorney over eToys for the DOJ in the Wilmington Delaware U.S. Trustee's office) - he BLEW a GASKET that Heiman was so stupid to email me the threat.

That is actually how the whole case (with proof irrefutable) began - where I found the Smoking Gun.

Mark Kenney and I had talked before; when they offered me an $850,000 bribe and the chance to become Romney's partner. If I would just give up my post at eToys and let them steal it, I would become one of the biggest deal makers in the country. But Mark Kenney said that wasn't really a bribe; because of the structure. He told me to go back and accept it and then bring it to him.

Thanks to Mr. Kenney and his faux pas of mentioning the case of Bonus Sales. That is where I found the affidavit of Paul Traub and Barry Gold being partners. This Smoking Gun provided proof that Paul Traub (who has worked with Romney since NeoStar decades ago and was working for him during eToys at the Stage Stores case) - was lying under oath to a chief federal justice. This forced the parties to confess. Because Paul Traub was the creditors attorney and I was Chair of eToys and Barry Gold was working for me as President/CEO to handle SEC issues with Goldman Sachs.

Paul Traub as creditors attorney and Barry Gold as President of eToys is Against the Law (Section 327(a), via Definition Disinterested Persons - affirmed Under Penalty of Perjury by Rule 2014 Affidavits). Barry Gold and Paul Traub also worked for Michael Glazer in Stage Stores in 2000/ 2001. Then Traub comes over to eToys and pretends to be working for Creditors, Barry Gold pretends to be working for me (and eToys) - and they keep reducing the prices of eToys assets (like eToys.com from $10 million to $3 million) to Bain Capital, CEO Mitt Romney and Kay Bee (that bought eToys in bankruptcy court) whose CEO was Michael Glazer.

When I drove the price up in the tens of millions and turned down their bribe - they were pissed off.

So Henry Heiman is no longer my counsel for CLI (my company) and I hire Michael Weiss. Bankruptcy Shoes Liquidator and I had a common thread, we were financed by an honorable independent banker extremely accomplished internationally. Michael Weiss was the independent bankers attorney who asked me to make a deal with Larry Reyonds (who offered a return of 10% on $100 million investments and had processed over $12 billion under THAT program).

I told my attorney NO and advised my banker that something was not kosher about Larry Reynolds.

Bang, I'm locked out of my office (they lost the keys and could not give me new ones) - where Larry Reynolds was. Michael Weiss (who utilized the local counsel Fox Rothschild in Delaware), demanded monies from me that he knew I didn't have at the time. When my banker told Mr. Weiss the money was on the way, Michael had his security guard call the police and ordered me removed from his office premises on Wilshire Blvd. At this time I'm not aware of a BIG secret of Larry Reynolds (we'll get to that in a minute). So, when I'm offered a biz deal in Las Vegas, in the tens of millions and a Free entrance (gratis via Larry and Wetter, Larry's friend from San Diego) - combined with a Trade show going on and friends I know are attending. I go to Vegas with my daughter.

The day I leave, Michael Weiss puts in his Motion to Withdraw as counsel for my CLI company and doesn't tell me.

Upon arrival in Vegas, I meet my friends and I've given a hotel room for free at Caesars, gratis of Larry, Gary and Mr Assage. Then I go look at Larry and Mr. Assage's exotic cars (Rolls, Ferrari etc) and the "biz" deal extraordinary. The warehouse in Vegas had - what would be - $20 million in goods. The reason I say "what would be" - is because it was bogus, unlicensed knockoffs of Louis Vitton, Gucci, Rolex etc.

So I reported their crimes to the local authorities and the feds.

While my daughter (just turning 16) - who had been to Vegas with me hundreds of times before, wanted to go to New York, New York (where I knew the manager and everyone) - I told her (as my birthday is Halloween) - that she should take $100 and take a cab - people are going around with masks on. She said "no daddy", I've $18 and you know I don't need any money there - I'm scared of cabs". My daughter loved me and never goes anywhere without calling and asking permission 1st.

Larry, Gary and Assage arranged for me to have a free entrance to Binions Poker Tourney. Where, when I was at the final table and chip leader massive (almost guaranteed a win) - I get a call to the front desk by my 1st name that only people who look at my mail know (12 feet away).

I'm told "Your daughters 1st and your sons next - People who chase ghosts become one".

My thought was it was Larry, but there was the slot machine noise in the background. I immediately called my daughter (who had spoken to me 15 minutes earlier about my surprise B'day party at Nero's) = and I could tell by her voice she was drunk/ drugged.

Several days later, after hiring a task force of my own - she was returned and the abductor went to jail!


Records of counsel withdrawals are a part of the court docket record and I keep a piece of paper of the ordeal sealed away to make sure I never forget. Please allow me to give you this other pieces of evidence. I've testified - under penalty of perjury - that I believe murders transpired connected to this case and that Romney is a RICO boss. Doing so on October 24, 2012. What the court did in that case was;

refuse to put the Motion ( here ) in the record until the afternoon of November 6, 2012!

As criminal as that is (Clerk of Court deciding for himself that the Nation need not know about Racketeering Romney) - the court did even worse. It permanently barred me from filing there in Delaware.

This was my plan!

I knew when I informed the judge that she was helping people where mayhem, suicide and murders were involved, she would either finally recuse herself, call for an investigation, go off the deep end - or give me back eToys

She went off the deep end and gave me a former U.S. Attorney as my counsel now.

But that's not all. Remember I told you Larry Reynolds had BIG secrets. After all, he was able to launder over $12 BILLION while in Las Vegas, under investigation by the IRS, SEC and FDIC for 10 years; but he was never arrested.

Larry Reynolds was in WISTEC (Witness Protection) as a former ruthless mobster (Reservitz) back east (?Mark Valente?).

Now, you should know that I'm in tears about all of it - at this very moment - because I'm forced to remember all the "PROOF" for you, to the flashing back every detail. Including the fact that I had to go to the Vegas hospital and sit for hours to wait and identify a girl who matched my daughters description laying dead in the morgue.

You are being given these details, which have never been made public before (only my son knew until now); because I wished to spare my daughter all of this. It has messed her up much. But the truth is, when I sue Romney personally, the tyranny, cronyism and corruption will either continue for Mr. "retroactive" - or it will not. Either the main stream will report the story (as suing Pitten's is big news - no matter who does it - much less one with facts ironclad) - or they will bury the story (as they have for 12 years). The easiest way to make this all vanish - is to make me vanish.

And I don't give a F--------- I'm still going to take this battle to the conclusion.
