24. That's Billion with a "B"....

They get it mostly for "exploration". (As if they wouldn't drill without it.)

They've already mapped the planet and know where the oil is at. Republicans act like there are endless untapped oil fields out there yet to be discovered like the endless Edgar Rice Burroughs lost civilizations in Africa. (Someone once compiled a list of all of his lost civilizations as described and found Africa didn't have the room for all of them to fit.)
