19. Why does Exon Mobile get 10 billion tax payer dollars?

I had to edit this congress tax payer give away from millions to billions for the oil company....

Now I realize that austerity is really just another made up burden for the poor and working people to carry.... Their is no way we can give this amount away if we were so much in debt.....
