and the argument that Slander is not an allowable form of speech is bullshit. For Slanser to apply, the applicable statement has to be DEMONSTRABLY FALSE. Exxon can't prove that it DOESN'T hate my children, therefore, Exxon can go fuck themselves. And so can their prosecuters. If I were considering running that ad on a station, and Exxon threatened me, that would make up my mind FOR me. I would air that sucker, with a perosnal disclaimer saying I originally wasen't sure, and then Exxon tried to scare me.
