Hes from the state where it happened and is up for re election. Its not exactly earth shattering he would join 9 other Dems in similarly vulnerable positions in voting for it. Unlike a lot of people here, Im guessing Ossoff actually places some value on actually winning elections, rather than performative losing that feels good but leaves us out of power.
