I met up with Mark in Paris in March when he was on his way home from the Munich conference. Mark has heard the buzz about him being a presidential candidate. It wasnt on his radar, but he isnt deaf, either. He said that either way, there is no way he is going to make a decision to run in this year, period. Twenty years ago, a very much more visible Barack Obama didnt announce until early in the year before the election. Mark is very much aware of that.
