5. What If They Resist?

So what army is going to arrest these highly armed goons when/if they resist arrest? And will they be shot for their armed resistance?
Can such goons be served with an emergency cease and desist order signed by a judge? They will have succeeded in mass disruptions and intimidation by their armed presence at polls. They must be immediately removed from polls as soon as they appear or else they achieve their masters' goal of voter suppression through intimidation. They are the ones who must be intimidated first. And of course, any legal actions taken against them after this will hold them accountable in court at a much later trial date.
