being violated constantly by the regime in power does not mean that it is worthless. It is an inspiration and rallying cry for Americans who oppose the regime now. May it also be an inspiration and rallying cry for resistance against the dictatorship that is just around the corner.

As long as there are people who support its values and are willing to back them, it is not worthless. It inspired Minneapolis. Let it inspire the rest of us as our turn comes -- and it will come.
