Nations may no longer require a gigantic military expenditure if they can cripple adversary states through Internet spying and sabotage, and by aggressive and ever more creative use of social media with AI.

Throw in a few thousand $1,500 drones, and smart and ruthless leadership, and you can hold your own in a fight with an over confident foe.
