18. the Dem 'leadership' didn't ignore attempts to manipulate the vote. They fucking impeached Trump for it

...and were the only ones ACTING on it.

This post pushes off of those efforts and elevates the Dem who stepped down from the leadership, not bothering to take a minute to look to not only find and highlight what Democrats have done to secure the vote, but what the party is doing right NOW.

Such an unproductive and worthless effort that demagogues the party, as it does nothing but generate cynicism and apathy about the vote and ONE party's efforts to secure it.

The clue here for folks should be that STATES have primary responsibility for securing their votes, and the federal government has no authority or dominion over their 'voting machines,' states do, not the Dem leadership in Congress, no matter what Palast has written.

Do yourself a favor, if 'voter purges' really concern you, then take the time to look at what Democrats are doing to address them.

Dems introduce bill to halt mass voter roll purges
The bill likely won’t get far in a GOP-controlled Congress, but proponents described it as part of a broader effort to push back through constitutional institutions.
