7. US sanctions International Criminal Court judges linked to Israel, Afghanistan probes

Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the measures in a statement that cited both the court’s probe of alleged war crimes by U.S. troops in Afghanistan and its issuance of arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
