8. The problem with Epstein is that there are too many people who can pull strings with government connect to him.

He had so many protectors and enablers that it wasn't possible to get to the bottom of his criminal enterprise. Now that he's dead, they really want to have his whole sordid past, and their involvement to be buried alongside him.
I still believe we'll eventually get to the bottom of this, but it's going to take a very determined effort over several more years to do it.
