far too much weight:
Benecalorie®: An unflavored, nutrient-dense, high-calorie, and protein supplement that can be added to most foods and beverages to enhance nutritional content. It mixes well with milkshakes, hot cereal, and yogurt.
I added it to mash potatoes, shakes, scrambled eggs, soups, just about anything soft or liquid that he could get down.

Those are some great suggestions. And use real greek yogurt without emulsifiers - recommend Fage.
