This was a deliberate provocation by people working for Trump to stir up shit. BTW I bet you that the
Americans had phones with GPS too.

Btw if the Americans came from the North side of the river they could not have missed where the
Rio Grande empties into the Gulf of Mexico. The delta is 60 feet wide.
