For another example, the CIA sent Agent George Joannides to serve as “liaison” with HSCA in 1978-79 without telling attorney Blakey and the Congress that Joannides also was involved in Mafia—CIA plots to murder Castro, today suspected in killing JFK, as well as serving as Lee Harvey Oswald’s handler in 1963 New Orleans.
