He can't, he is incapable of accepting any reality that does not end in him being the muscular, dashing hero he thinks he is. And this time, it is a matter of life as he has always lived it vs total destruction of the image he sees in the mirror.

He won't give up and becomes more dangerous every hour. He will be there fighting all of us until the day Peter Theil decides it's time to put his boy J.D. into the Oval Office. That day will not be the start of anything better for us all, just day one of more attacks on the people of our nation.
