One day shes passing bad checks, the next she could be stiffing contractors for millions of dollars on work already performed and encouraging the invasion of the US Capitol.
I guess her husband will have to get used to the idea of living in Ireland. Its quite nice this time of year.
If shes been here legally for forty years on a green card she should have applied for citizenship years ago. De-naturalization is a far more difficult process than revoking a green card. Plus, you can keep your prior citizenship in most cases. I have dual UK and US citizenship and it makes life a lot easier traveling between the two countries.
