Nixon with 20,000+ additional American soldiers dead when Nixon derailed peace talks that Lyndon Johnson setup with North Vietnam (leading to the continuation of the war for several more years), Reagan with his ignoring of the AIDS epidemic (100,000+ dead in America by the 90s), Bush with 9/11 and the Iraq war, and the Katrina Debacle, Trump 1 with the excess COVID deaths in America....
