1. From diversity comes disappointment. But keep laser focused on what, and who, we must defeat (and it is NOT each other).

As a party, we have good days and bad. And we are a diverse party. Things some of our leaders do are going to piss off some of us. Not precisely what Simon said, but things I think are important to keep in mind.

1) Celebrate the good days. Really celebrate and bring those wins to mind.

2) Learn from the bad days. Take a beat before reacting. Assess where we really are. Recognize that, as a party, we tend to dwell on the bad, to our detriment. For the benefit of the party, do your bit to counter that tendency. Find ways to keep hope alive. Make an effort not to focus energy attacking each other that could be FAR better spent in more productive ways that Defy and advance the work of Defeating the regime.

3) When you can't seem to shake off the disappointment/anger, revisit (1). Remind yourself of our strengths and wins.
