...Hefner was asked, I believe in the 70s, maybe the 80s..."Do you realize that the reason most of these women want to be with you is because of your money?"

Hefner, without missing a beat: "Who CARES?"

I don't think Trump thinks past the point of BEING flattered, because he's ADDICTED to it. There can never be "balance" in his life without regularly refreshed helpings of unconditional fealty and worship.
