Listen to a ranger this morning talk about a guy who insisted that he somehow or other make a parking space for him. The lot was full. He eventually had to call the police. Guy insisted the same thing from the cop. Ended up with a ticket but no parking space. Why do they think they are special? I honestly don’t get it.
