Why is Shitler trying to start a war with all of South America (except Argentina)? [View all]

He's threatened Brazil, he's blowing up fishing boats in the Caribbean and now in the Pacific. What is he trying to do, exactly? I don't think it's anti-drug. I think it's some kind of power grab and needs to be stopped.
